On 24.5.2011 WHO's European Healthy Cities Network said that it had hit a Phase V milestone because 90 cities designated in Phase V of Healthy Cities. The cities of Galway in Ireland and Istanbul and Trabzon in Turkey were congratulated because they joined other cities working toward the common goal of striving for health and healthy equity in all local policies.
